What happens (UK) when someone seeks help for all of these mental health issues (all the same person, not for each!) -

Depression
Self-harm
Severe Mood Swings
Paranoia
Anorexia
Severe Stress
Panic Attacks
and possibly more problems that have not been noticed yet!

Hi, I’m conducting an informal survey for mental health services, my question is, if you were to receive counseling or assistance from a mental health services provider, what would you want? For example if you are depressed, what kind of attention/care would you hope to get? I appreciate your time. Thanks!

Is there a website where I can find a good mental health professional (therapist/counselor) in my area, like 1800dentist, something along those lines? thanks for any info.

Who pays for mental health treatment? What are some of the issues surrounding financing of mental health care?

I think I might have mild-moderate depression, and there is someone at the college where I go who does mental health evaluations, and then I guess decides whether they’re going to refer you to someone. I’m just wondering how this works, its doesn’t sound like a therapy session kind of thing, it sounds like a get to the point kind of thing, what do I need to prepared to answer and say? Thank you.
