Does anyone have any lesson plan ideas for teching about oral hygiene to 3rd graders?

I’m a junior in highschool and we have an assignment to teach thrid graders about daily oral hygiene. It has to last about 45 minutes but I need activities that are fun that will both teach 3rd graders about oral hygiene and that they have a good time. I’ve been thinking but I need some ideas. Can anyone help?

well….at that age, they might be too young to see some horribly graphic pictures of what bad oral hygiene could do to you, but I would suggest that you have some pictures of people who didn’t really take care of their teeth, and what the result was. As ridiculous as this sounds, if someone can dress up as a tooth and talk to the class about how it has no arms or anything to clean itself with, and it needs each and every one of them to do their part. Make them feel personally responsible for their teeth.
