Since the last four years nose bleeding occurs whenever there is overexertion and especially during the hot summer days and during other days too.Headaches are also frequent during this time. Nose gets blocked often. Sinus gets infected and sneezing is constant. Any suggestions?

Do you work with a lot of chemicals? They can cause nosebleeds. Make sure to use gloves when you clean and air out the house to get the toxins out.

Add some vitamin c to your diet in the form of munching on green pepper strips. I hope you’ve asked your doctor about all those sinus problems, a polyp can also be the problem with the symptoms you have and it should be looked into.

you might think about getting it checked out. It sounds like you might get frequent sinus infections which causes irritation to the vessels of the nose, causing them to bleed. Also, the headaches and bleeding with overexertion may suggest a problem with blood pressure.

Nose bleeds such as what you describe could be linked to different serious conditions. Go to a doctor. It may be a simple fix.

LOL! This is so bad that i know this, but i too have random nosebleeds, and headaches, and sinus problems. this seems like it wont work but try it everyonce in a while, and you’ll see results…promise, what you do is, every night before you sleep, place a bag of either pennys or keys that have been in boiling water, or have been in the sun, and put them on the back of your neck, i dont have any clue why it works, probley the copper or something, but it WORkS! and it’ss either stop or atleast reduce your problems that your having…andrew

My daughter gets frequent nosebleeds in the dry and warmer months… her doc suggested once a day swab some neosporin on a qtip in each of her nostrils to keep the skin from drying out and to heal any cuts in the nose.
