I am living in Norway, Is there any way to get the money (atleast some part) which i spent for my dental treatment in Norway?

I have had an HC3 for a while and I now have a medical exemption card as well. The little leaflet says that if you have an HC3 and a medical exemption card you may get dental treatment free but I’m not sure that I’ve understood it correctly. Does the medical exemption card change the function of the HC3?

Dental treatment forms or templates I can use in making records of patient’s treatment every visit in the clinic.
