I am currently working on my Bachelor’s degree in Biology and I want to be a medical technologist. The college I am going to doesn’t have a specific Med. Tech track so what are the steps I need to take in order to have the best chances of getting a good job as a Medical Technologist?
In the study of Medical Technology, would you have to deal with injections and taking of blood samples?

My niece is planning on taking Medical Technology in college but is afraid of injecting medicines or taking blood samples from people. In the 4 year study of Med Tech, would you undergo taking blood samples and injecting medicines on people?
