I have a NHS Prescription Charge Certificate to get free prescriptions. Can I use it to get free dental treatment?
It’s a Medical Exemption one.

I have had an HC3 for a while and I now have a medical exemption card as well. The little leaflet says that if you have an HC3 and a medical exemption card you may get dental treatment free but I’m not sure that I’ve understood it correctly. Does the medical exemption card change the function of the HC3?
