What happens (UK) when someone seeks help for all of these mental health issues (all the same person, not for each!) -

Depression
Self-harm
Severe Mood Swings
Paranoia
Anorexia
Severe Stress
Panic Attacks
and possibly more problems that have not been noticed yet!

I answered a question just now about someone who was getting run down, and I always feel better when I am not living alone. There is some point in eating proper meals at proper times, but I cannot be bothered with it when I am alone.

Could it be that good cooking could solve a lot of mental health issues, in particular depression and anxiety?

So, I’ve been seeing what I view as a lot of justification for murder or rape because the said abuser must have a ‘mental health disorder’, is it possible that one could be a murder or rapist because they’re violent and disgusting, without having mental health issues?

I will be teaching an undergraduate course on mental health issues (Basics of mental health, sexuality, substance use and abuse, emotional self-help). What could be a good textbook to use for my class?
