i need some dental care where can i go for low cost to nothing?

I am a low-income resident of Los Angeles who needs immediate dental care. I would like to know of low cost or no cost dental plans/insurance for people in my area.

I noticed that many of her supporters were in need of proper dental care, is it a component of her plan?

I really need to enroll in a dental care program, I know that most military dependants can go through something called Concordia, but I just looked at their website and it didn’t seem to help. Does anyone have personal experience with this, or know how much it costs? If it helps, I am a navy wife. Thanks!
