wheat grass…one ounce is like eating more than 2 pounds of vegetables. pretty much the cure for cancer

at my work theres this semi retired man who drinks 6 ounces of it (a little much compared to what u need) and he looks great, alot younger than what he is.

also omega-3, fish oil. whatever you prefer, good for the skin, joints, hair. etc. helps you lose weight too

I primarily follow the mediterranean food pyramid. Lots of whole wheat / whole grain breads, crackers, pastas (although I occasionally indulge in a white baguette), brown rice, flax seeds. Loads of fresh fruit and fresh and frozen veggies. Lots of legumes, beans, and nuts. Olives & olive oil. TONS of garlic!
A lot less dairy than I used to - mostly soy milk, now, and good, handcrafted cheese.
The only meats I eat are fish/shellfish (only those caught in the wild) and chicken, but pretty infrequently, and more fish than poultry.
Sugars - rarely (although I have indulged more than usual over the holidays!)

    Whole, unprocessed foods. Good stuff
