Should we human be very thankful of what Medical Technology did for us or to us? Or should we panic now for its adverse effects are getting more difficult to deal with?

Medical intervention is anything that your doctor does…
It doesn’t have to be a physical or medicinal treatment, but can be psychological.
Doctors call it medical intervetion, because to not get involved is always an option… from the hippocratic oath… “first do no harm”… once they decide to do something, it is ‘medical intervention’.
If you unsure whether to be thankful for medical technology, you should perhaps spend a few months in an African village… I think we take for granted the fact that the streets are no longer fills with the plague, typhoid, cholera and smallpox.
Regarding potential adverse effects, it is important that you are aware of them if contemplating any ‘medical intervention’, because you need to be aware in oder to make an informed decision… you can always refuse to be treated (in most countries), or chose alternative treatment if available.
You can always let your asthma attack, appendicitis or pneumonia take its course next time you get seriously ill. Or you could just lie down an die next time you get in a car smash… after all, it is always an option and your choice.
