Few people have a problem with Nuclear Medical Tech. In fact I can’t think of one person that if they had cancer would say to the doctor “No don’t use that machine on me, it might give me cancer”.

Mostly people have problems with nuclear power. They think that because it is nuclear, and works in the same basic way as a nuclear bomb, that makes it dangerous and thus they don’t want it. Actually, Nuclear power is the safest form on energy available. It has cause zero deaths in the US, while coal causes dozens of deaths in mines and causes smog and air pollutants to give millions of people asthma and other respiratory illnesses. And coal is much more radioactive considering you need a train car full of coal to equal the same as a gram of U235
