Where can I Find information about the general health on the internet.
Like How many calories should we consume and what kind of protiens and Vitamins we need to eat.

And also where can i find information about Food and their calories?

    men’s health…its a magazine but they have a great website. Menshealth.com

    askmen.com also has a few different places in which there is good information.
